Aquamarine Tackle will repair or replace, at our option, a defective rod at no cost to the original purchaser. Shipping and handling cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Damages occuring due to neglect, misuse or accident will be handled at the discretion of Aquamarine Tackle.
